Crafted by seventh-generation distiller Stephen B. Beam, Yellowstone 6 Year Small Batch honors a brand legacy that dates back to 1872 and pays tribute to the 1960s, when Yellowstone was the best-selling bourbon in Kentucky. Compared with the 93-proof Yellowstone Select, it adds both age and proof for more depth and richness, and non-chill filtration preserves the bourbon's natural oils for a fuller mouthfeel.
Caramel and vanilla lead the nose with hints of chocolate and oak. The palate is a rich balance of caramel, oak, honey and cherry with dark fruit and pepper, ending in a long, warming finish of lingering spice and oak.
